Mechanical Services for USC Systemwide

The University of South Carolina (USC) seeks to establish a Fixed Price Contract with multiple qualified and licensed mechanical service providers to perform preventative, routine, and emergency mechanical maintenance services across the Columbia Campus and any other satellite location that chooses to use this contract. Services shall include labor and incidental materials as authorized by the University. The contract will be for a period of one year with four additional one-year renewal options. • The contractor must provide the manufacturer's standard written warranty upon delivery of product. • The contractor must comply with the enclosed description and/or specifications and condition. • The University reserves the right to terminate the contract for convenience. • The contractor must submit a signed copy of the solicitation with their offer. • The contractor must acknowledge receipt of any amendment to the solicitation. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing mechanical services, including preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance. They will have a strong understanding of the requirements and specifications outlined in the solicitation and will be able to provide high-quality services at a competitive price.
