RELCOMM INC. MITEL DATA & COMMUNICATIONS UPGRADE

The State University of New York (SUNY) Upstate Medical University is seeking to purchase a Mitel Phone System from a contract awarded by Mitel Sourcewell. The procurement is subject to New York State Finance Law, and vendors must contact the designated hospital contact within 15 business days of the advertisement notice. The successful contractor will be required to submit valid and current NYS Workman's Compensation and Disability Forms and complete applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility. • The contract term is through the expiration of the Mitel Sourcewell Contract 120122-M • The procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law • Vendors must provide free supporting documentation, and equipment for examination, demonstration, and trial if offering an equivalent product • The successful contractor will be required to submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility and New York State's Tax Law Section 5-a
