TX-UNPS Access for Child Nutrition Programs

The Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) is seeking a web-based solution to process applications, claims, track compliance, perform reviews, and provide data reports for the management of twelve (12) United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) federal nutrition programs. The selected respondent will be responsible for providing hosting, maintenance, ad hoc reporting support, and enhancement of TDA's web-based application, claiming and compliance system, TX-UNPS. The scope of work includes maintaining the current system, providing software maintenance and project management support, ensuring the production environment is functional, and providing access to the Data Warehouse database. The respondent must also provide a customer service and maintenance plan, perform database refresh activities, and correct all TX-UNPS errors and defects reported by TDA within thirty (30) calendar days. • Maintain the current system in full compliance with federal laws and USDA regulations • Support state-operated Food and Nutrition Programs • Maintain all existing data currently in TX-UNPS • Provide software maintenance and project management support • Ensure the production environment is functional • Provide access to the Data Warehouse database • Correct all TX-UNPS errors and defects reported by TDA within thirty (30) calendar days
