Description
The State of Michigan, Department of Health and Human Services, is seeking a contractor to provide Foster Care Community Reintegration Home Licensing Services in Macomb, Oakland, Genesee, and Wayne counties. The contractor will be responsible for providing licensing services to foster care community reintegration homes, including recruitment, licensing, and placement activities. The contract term is from January 1, 2026, to September 30, 2028, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year periods. The contractor must have experience working with the State of Michigan and providing similar services. The evaluation criteria include bidder experience and past performance, education, credentials, and qualifications, staffing, training, and agency organization, program implementation, and vendor question worksheet evaluation.
