Description
The Ohio Expo Center & State Fairgrounds is seeking a qualified vendor to provide entertainment talent, booking, production, and related services for the Ohio State Fair. The contract will be for a two-year term with a two-year renewal option. The vendor will be responsible for booking and producing concerts and events at the Celeste Center, as well as providing grounds entertainment. The vendor must have experience in booking and producing national entertainment at large Midwest fairs.
• Key responsibilities include:
• Booking and producing concerts and events at the Celeste Center
• Providing grounds entertainment
• Coordinating stagehand schedules and reviewing riders
• Providing an overall production manager to oversee the stage managers and day-to-day operations
• Delivering a report of all expense items and a written synopsis of the overall effectiveness of the featured entertainment program
