City-Wide Generator Maintenance

The City of North Las Vegas Building Maintenance Division maintains 18 generators and desires to enter into a planned maintenance agreement for these generators. The City is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide maintenance services for the generators. The scope of work includes routine maintenance, repairs, and replacement of parts as needed. • Key aspects of the job include: • Performing routine maintenance on the generators, including oil changes, filter replacements, and inspections • Repairing or replacing parts as needed to ensure the generators are in good working condition • Providing emergency repair services as needed • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair activities • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards The City is looking for a contractor with experience in generator maintenance and repair, and who can provide high-quality services at a competitive price. The successful bidder will be required to provide proof of insurance, licenses, and certifications as required by the City. The bid documents, including the invitation to bid, specifications, and contract terms, can be obtained from the City's website or by contacting the City's Purchasing Department. Bidders are required to submit their bids in accordance with the instructions provided in the bid documents. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process. The City also reserves the right to negotiate with the successful bidder to finalize the terms of the contract.
