Description
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is seeking bids from a single-source supplier to provide Live Scan Biometric Collection Workstations, including the interface for records submission to the Alabama ABIS system and FBI. The workstations must meet specific requirements, including installation, warranty, maintenance, service level, and delivery. The system and hardware specifications include a ruggedized steel cabinet, touchscreen monitor, integrated UPS, fingerprint and palmprint scanner, mugshot camera system, and iris capture system. The software must capture and validate biometric data, support data export in EBTS-compliant format, and offer CJIS policy-compliant access controls and audit trails.
• The supplier must provide on-site training and support for NFUF, CAR, MAPP TOTs.
• The system must be able to deliver and install all live scans within nine months of purchase order being placed.
• The supplier must provide a 1-year on-site warranty and optional extended maintenance.
• The system must meet FBI and NIST image quality standards.
• The supplier must provide remote administration, remote monitoring, and diagnostics.
• The system must have full connectivity to the Criminal Justice Network and integration into the state ABIS system.
