Description
The 42 Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, Alabama, is seeking sources to assist in acquiring a contract for maintenance of a physical security system. The Government is seeking information from the industry to assist in determining what types of capabilities are available in the market for this type of requirement outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The key requirements include preventative and corrective maintenance of three electronic physical security systems.
• The contract will be for maintenance services outlined in the attached SOW, particularly sections 2.0 and 5.0.
• Respondents are required to provide general information, such as company name, address, point of contact, and type of business.
• Respondents are also required to describe their capabilities in meeting the requirements contained in the attached SOW.
• Customary commercial contract terms or conditions that would make any resulting contract more effective should also be provided.
