Description
The North Carolina Department of Commerce, Division of Employment Security, is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive data backup, recovery, and storage services using Rubrik hardware, software, and professional services. The contract will cover licensing, maintenance, support, implementation, disaster‑recovery planning, and ongoing management of backup solutions for state‑classified data (including restricted, confidential, internal, and public categories). Vendors must demonstrate compliance with Gov‑RAMP/FedRAMP security standards, U.S. data residency requirements, and E‑Verify. Submissions are electronic via the Ariba Sourcing Tool, with a bid opening on October 26 2026.
