Description
The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services in the APP Lyon Office. The contract will be a fixed price contract for a base year and two option years. The contractor must comply with French labor laws and the French janitorial services Collective Convention No 3343. The contractor must also provide a strategic plan for janitorial services, including a work plan, equipment and supplies, and a plan for ensuring quality of services.
• The contractor must have the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources to perform the work.
• The contractor must have a good business relationship with any subcontractors used.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable French laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide a complete subcontracting plan if subcontractors are used.
• The contractor must have experience providing janitorial services similar to this contract.
