H999-- IV Clean Room Testing & Certification for VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide clean room testing and certification services for the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System. The services will include testing and certifying Class II A2 Biological Safety Cabinets, Laminar Airflow Workstations, and other equipment. The contractor will also be required to perform USP environmental sampling, equipment nonviable particle counting, and other tasks. The contract will have a base period of one year with four optional one-year extensions. • The contractor must have experience in clean room testing and certification. • The contractor must have the necessary equipment and personnel to perform the required services. • The contractor must be able to provide a final USP report at the end of each contract period. • The contractor must be able to perform the services in accordance with the VA's requirements and regulations.
