Description
Texas Southern University is seeking a qualified firm to provide Executive Search Services for Intercollegiate Athletics. The selected firm will be responsible for conducting national searches for athletics leadership roles, delivering diverse and highly qualified candidate pools, and providing strategic advisory services. The scope of work includes discovery and needs assessment, position profile development, recruitment and outreach, interview and selection support, and offer and transition support. The contract term is one year with an option to renew for two additional one-year contracts.
• The firm will work with the University's Search Committee to advise on the search process and provide assistance during the interview process.
• The firm will guarantee each placement for a period of twelve months and provide onboarding and transition recommendations.
• The firm will maintain confidentiality of communications with candidates, the Search Committee, and the University.
• The firm will provide information, materials, and support to the University as needed.
