ReBid of On-Call HVAC Replacements & Improvements

The City of Winchester is seeking qualified contractors to provide labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and quality control and management for as-needed services for installation, replacement, and/or improvements to HVAC systems for City-owned buildings and facilities. The contractor will be responsible for providing all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, and materials needed to complete the work. The contract term will be five years from the date of award, with the option to renew for two 12-month periods. The City intends to make multiple awards as a result of this procurement. Key aspects of the job include: * Providing HVAC installations, replacements, and repair services on an as-needed basis * Complying with all federal, state, and local regulations * Providing services as requested to City facilities, inside and outside * Covering all expenses incurred by the contractor for providing all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, and materials * Obtaining all building permits required for any work completed under the contract * Ensuring that all building inspections are successfully completed
