Description
The United States Naval Academy (USNA) Office of Admissions is seeking a vendor to supply a set of commercial audio‑visual (AV) equipment to modernize boardroom technology. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price purchase order for six line items, including four 86‑inch 4K monitors, two wireless presentation gateways, HDMI extenders, HDMI and Cat‑6 cables, and two Owl Labs Meeting Owl 5 Pro video‑conferencing cameras. The contractor must be an authorized reseller, provide new, warranty‑covered items, and deliver all equipment to the USNA Office of Admissions in Annapolis, MD within 30 calendar days of order receipt. Installation is not required; USNA staff will handle it. The solicitation is set‑aside for small businesses, including HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB categories. • Deliver 4 Panasonic 86″ UHD 4K commercial monitors (model TH‑86CQE2U).
• Deliver 2 Extron ShareLink Pro 2500 wireless presentation gateways.
• Deliver 1 OREI 1×4 HDMI 4K extender splitter (or equivalent).
• Deliver 4 Pearstone Ultra‑Thin 8K HDMI cables (3 ft) and 4 Pearstone Cat‑6 snag‑less patch cables (50 ft).
• Deliver 2 Owl Labs Meeting Owl 5 Pro UHD 4K 360° video‑conferencing cameras.
• Provide OEM warranty (minimum 1 year) and replace any DOA items within 5 business days.
