Description
The District of Columbia Courts is seeking a contractor to provide Third-Party Inspection services and special material testing as certified by the District of Columbia Department of Buildings. The contract will be for a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, with a minimum guarantee of $10,000 and a maximum order limit of $150,000 per contract year. The contractor will be responsible for providing inspection services during both normal business hours and off hours, and will be required to submit inspection reports through the DCC Project Management Information System.
