Description
Gila Crossing Community School is seeking qualified providers to deliver a menu of Individualized Education Program (IEP)‑related services for K‑12 students on the Gila River Reservation. The contract runs for one fiscal year (July 1 2025 – June 30 2026) with optional renewal at the Board’s discretion. Bidders may offer any combination of the listed services, must meet Arizona licensure and fingerprint‑clearance requirements, and must submit hard‑copy sealed bids by May 1 2025.
• Services include Speech‑Language Pathology, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, School Psychology, Special‑Education Instruction, Behavior Support, Paraprofessional support, and Interpretation (ASL/Spanish).
• Providers must hold appropriate AZ professional licenses, possess K‑12 or pediatric experience, and obtain a business permit to operate on the Gila River Reservation.
• Pricing is item‑by‑item; mileage is non‑reimbursable; invoices are paid only after services are rendered and documented in the district’s NASIS system.
