Description
The City of Santa Monica is seeking professional consulting services to improve crosswalks on Ocean Avenue, Colorado Boulevard, and the intersection of 23rd Street and Hill Street. The project aims to reduce emissions, create a complete and connected multimodal roadway network, and eliminate severe and fatal collisions. The selected consultant will provide services including signing and striping plans, civil plans, and construction support. The project is funded by the California Department of Transportation's Highway Safety Improvement Program.
