Description
This solicitation seeks a vendor to provide quarterly preventive maintenance and repair services for HVAC units at the WBIQ facility. The work includes routine inspections, filter changes, system diagnostics, corrective repairs, and documentation of service activities in accordance with state procurement policies. The contract is limited to a total value of $25,000 and may be renewed annually for up to five years, provided the total cost does not exceed the ceiling.
• Perform scheduled quarterly maintenance on all HVAC equipment at the designated site.
• Respond to service calls for corrective repairs within agreed response times.
