2601 Dell Connectrix, Dell Maintenance and Support

The Franklin County Municipal Court, Clerk of Court is seeking bids for the purchase of hardware and software support maintenance for Dell Connectrix switches. The maintenance must be provided by Dell and include all costs associated with onsite service, travel expenses, parts, and software upgrades for the term of the contract. The maintenance and service must be completed by a certified technician according to the manufacturer's suggested maintenance for the optimum quality and performance of the equipment. Some key features of the required maintenance include: • 4-hour onsite service with emergency dispatch • 7x24 HW/SW technical support and assistance • All parts must be Dell certified • Confirmation call to the customer within 30 minutes of the initial request • Technician must be on-site within 4 hours of the initial request • All shipping and handling shall be included in the total bid amount.
