Building and Site Scanner Equipment

The City of South Fulton is soliciting sealed bids from qualified bidders for the purchase, delivery, standard manufacturer warranty, and standard manufacturer accessories for building and site scanner equipment meeting the minimum specifications stated in Attachment A. The scope of work includes furnishing, delivery, assembly if required by the manufacturer, standard manufacturer startup materials, warranty documentation, and related incidental obligations expressly stated in the ITB. The city is looking for bidders who can provide high-quality equipment and meet the mandatory requirements of the ITB. • The equipment must meet the minimum specifications stated in Attachment A. • The bidder must be regularly engaged in the business of supplying the equipment offered. • The bidder must be authorized by the manufacturer to sell and support the offered equipment. • The bidder must demonstrate the ability to provide the required warranty, parts availability, and delivery. • The bidder must submit a copy of their current, valid business license with the bid.
