Description
This solicitation calls for a vendor to provide comprehensive large‑format printing and reproduction services to the California Department of Water Resources. The work includes black‑ and color‑toner printing on various large‑format media, collating, binding, pickup and delivery, and scanning of engineering documents, with rapid turnaround times and strict quality standards. Mandatory participation by a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) and compliance with numerous state procurement, insurance, and tax‑status requirements are required. The contract will run for three years, beginning in August 2026.
• Large‑format printing (22″×34″, 24″×36″, up to 36″×72″) in black and color
• Collating, stapling, binding, and optional adhesive‑binding
• Pickup, delivery (standard 1‑day, expedited 6‑hour) and scanning services
• Mandatory DVBE participation (minimum 3 % of contract value) and small‑business preferences
• 3‑year contract term with detailed insurance, tax‑delinquency, and record‑retention obligations
