Description
The Onslow County Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a concessionaire to provide kayak and paddleboard rental services at Beach Access #2, located at 2950 Islands Drive, North Topsail Beach, NC. The concessionaire will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, staff, and services to operate the concession. The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The concessionaire will be required to provide a written patron safety orientation plan, maintain liability insurance, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
