Description
The South Carolina Department of Transportation is seeking a qualified firm to provide FME Flow enablement, training, and support services. The work focuses on helping SCDOT staff design, automate, and manage geospatial data workflows, develop a roadmap for future automation, and deliver hands‑on training and advisory support. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price for base services with an optional not‑to‑exceed hourly rate for additional advisory work, and includes optional discounted training rates.
• Conduct four enablement workshops and two supplemental activities to assess current FME Flow usage and outline automation opportunities.
• Deliver instructor‑led training (virtual and/or in‑person) for GIS and IT staff, with optional discount schedules for future courses.
• Provide as‑needed advisory and technical support (estimated 120 hrs/yr, NTE hourly rate to be proposed) to assist with integration, troubleshooting, and roadmap execution.
• All services are performed on‑premises within the continental U.S.; SCDOT supplies all software licenses and infrastructure.
