Description
The Orleans Parish School Board is seeking a reputable and qualified company to provide paper products for twelve NOLA Public Schools. The contract term is expected to be one year, with the possibility of extension or renewal. The selected vendor will be required to provide paper products that meet the specifications outlined in the bid documents. The evaluation criteria will include price, quality, suitability for the intended use, probability of continuous availability, bidder's service, safety record, and date of proposed delivery and placement.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder that meets or exceeds the specifications/scope of work outlined in the bid documents.
• The vendor will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances.
• The vendor will be required to provide a certification statement regarding debarment and suspension.
• The vendor will be required to comply with the requirements of the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act.
