Liquid Chromatography - Mass Spectrometry LC/MS Equipment

The Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship (IDALS) is seeking proposals for the provision of a Liquid Chromatography - Mass Spectrometry (LC/MS) system. The system will be used to analyze a variety of sample matrices for residue-levels of drugs, pesticides, poisons, and toxins. The successful respondent will provide an LC/MS system with triple quadrupole scanning capabilities and additional scanning capability. The system must be compatible with Windows 11 or greater, 64-bit, and include all components required to operate as an independent LC/MS system. Key features and requirements of the LC/MS system include: * Ability to analyze molecular mass with a triple quadrupole mass analyzer * Reserpine sensitivity of 200 fg with S/N>2000 and CV<5% * Extensive library options for testing pesticides, veterinary drugs, poisons, and toxins * Compatibility with IDALS network and computers * Free technical support and service agreements with preventative maintenance available * Training and application support for up to 7 chemists * Delivery by 6/30/2026
