Description
The VA National Cemetery Administration seeks a vendor to purchase, assemble, package, and deliver royal‑blue Presidential Memorial Certificate (PMC) presentation holders to 65 VA cemeteries on a monthly basis. Holders must meet detailed design specifications (9” × 11.5” × 0.5” rigid padded folder with VA logo, interior white moiré fabric, corner supports, and an 8.5” × 11” acetate protector). Shipments are boxed in quantities of 30 holders plus 33 acetate sheets, FOB destination, with delivery due by the 10th of each month (or next business day if the 10th falls on a weekend/holiday). The contractor must provide a quarterly ordering schedule, confirm receipt of quantity adjustments within 24 hours, and submit monthly quality‑assurance reports. A point of contact must be available 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. ET, Mon‑Fri. The contract is indefinite‑delivery with quarterly order cycles, beginning October 2026.
