Commvault CommServe Migration, Environment Update, and Storage Configuration

The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development is seeking professional technical services and maintenance for their Commvault environment. The project involves migrating the existing virtual CommServe from a Windows 2012 VM to a physical server, updating the environment to the current LTS version, and configuring policies for LTO9 tape drive integration. The procurement also includes Commvault Premiere Support for the period of 03/01/2026 to 02/28/2027. • The project is a fixed-price engagement. • Proposals will be evaluated based on price and technical merit. • Prior experience with Commvault migrations is highly valued. • The scope of the project is strictly for installation and maintenance services and excludes the purchase or renewal of software licenses.
