Convention and Visitors Bureau Visitors Guide Printing

The City of Kingsland is seeking a vendor to print 25,000, 50,000, or 100,000 copies of the Kingsland Convention and Visitors Bureau Visitors Guide. The guide will be 42 pages long, with a finished size of 5 3/8 x 8 3/8 inches. The vendor will be responsible for printing the guide, including delivery. The City of Kingsland reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate mutually acceptable contract terms with the successful proposer. • The vendor must provide a bid proposal form with costs for 25,000, 50,000, and 100,000 copies, as well as the cost of delivery. • The vendor must provide an estimated time of completion in days. • The vendor must sign a bid proposal signature page certifying that the bid is made without prior understanding, agreement, or connection with any other corporation, firm, or person submitting a bid. • The vendor must provide a copy of their E-Verify documentation and a signed W-9 form. • The City of Kingsland is exempt from sales tax, and the vendor must compute pricing less sales tax.
