The solution must interoperate with the county’s existing New World CAD system and Motorola Vesta 9‑1‑1 telephony, support NENA‑compliant NG9‑1‑1 standards, and include ongoing maintenance and optional extensions.
• Provide a scripted, Q&A‑style EMD software that captures all required incident data and delivers decision‑path guidance.
• Seamlessly integrate with New World CAD and Motorola Vesta 9‑1‑1 phone system, including real‑time prompts and response recommendations.
• Deliver training materials (physical flip‑cards, online courses), 24×7 technical support, warranty, and optional fire/law‑enforcement modules, with a minimum 1‑year maintenance period (extendable to 5 years).
