Intent to Sole Source - Shipment of Blood Donor Screening Samples

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with MNX Midnite Air Corp for the shipment of blood donor screening samples. The vendor will provide courier services for donor sample shipments requiring guaranteed overnight delivery. The samples must be received at the testing facility within a specified timeframe, and the vendor must ensure no delay or stoppage of services. The contract will be for a period of one year, from 04/05/2026 to 04/04/2027. • The vendor will provide courier services on an as-needed basis. • Shipments will be picked up from NIH/CC/DTM or NIH Department of Transfusion Medicine. • The vendor will notify the ordering site of any courier delays and time of resolution of those delays. • The vendor will provide email notifications for updates on the shipment, including changes, pickup, and delivery.
