Description
The City of Cleveland is seeking bids for cleaning services at the 205 W Saint Clair Building. The scope of work includes annual cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms, carpets, break rooms, and stairwells. The successful bidder will be required to provide all equipment, materials, supplies, and labor to perform the cleaning services. The contract will be for a period of one year, from January 9, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
Some key aspects of the job include:
• Cleaning and sanitizing 5 men's and 5 women's restrooms on each of the 1st through 5th floors
• Cleaning and sanitizing carpets in offices, hallways, and common spaces on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors, as well as hallways on the 4th and 5th floors
• Cleaning and sanitizing break rooms on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors
• Cleaning and sanitizing the front and rear stairwells
• Providing all equipment, materials, supplies, and labor to perform the cleaning services
