Description
The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is seeking bids for janitorial services at Prince Gallitzin State Park. The contract will commence on May 1, 2026, and terminate on April 30, 2027. The successful bidder will be required to provide cleaning services for ten modern cabins and the park office.
• The contract is set aside for small businesses only, and bidders must be certified as a small business through the Department of General Services' self-certification process.
• A pre-bid conference will be held on March 31, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Prince Gallitzin State Park office.
• Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the Commonwealth's electronic system.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
