Description
The Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking a contractor to provide one-time landscape cleanup and bi-weekly landscape maintenance services at the Oakland Coliseum DMV Field Office. The contractor will be responsible for performing a one-time landscape cleanup service if needed and authorized by the DMV Project Manager, as well as bi-weekly landscape maintenance services. The contractor must possess a valid C27 contractor license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board. The contract term is 36 months, and the contractor must comply with all requirements and regulations specified in the IFB.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Performing a one-time landscape cleanup service if needed and authorized by the DMV Project Manager
• Performing bi-weekly landscape maintenance services
• Possessing a valid C27 contractor license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board
• Complying with all requirements and regulations specified in the IFB
• Providing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform the services
• Coordinating with the DMV Project Manager to schedule services and discuss any issues or concerns
