HRIS System

The Commonwealth Health Insurance Connector Authority is seeking a contractor to provide an HRIS system. The contractor must comply with various security, accessibility, and data ownership requirements. The system must meet or exceed certain Health Connector, Federal, and state standards, including the Commonwealth's Fair Information Practices Act and Section 508 of the Federal GSA's accessibility standards.
