FCC Pollock- Replace FPC Chiller No. 2

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, is seeking a contractor to replace the existing 52-ton Air-Cooled Scroll Chiller with a new one at the Federal Prison Camp- Dorm 1 at Federal Correctional Complex, Pollock, LA. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all equipment, labor, materials, and services necessary to remove the existing system and install, program, and commission the new system. The project requires a temporary chiller during the replacement process, and the contractor will be responsible for providing it. The project also requires the replacement of existing electrical disconnect, valves, and conductors. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), and the evaluation criteria will follow the Lowest Price-Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method. • The contractor must be registered in SAM.gov and complete the necessary representations and certifications. • The contractor must provide a specification sheet and any submittal information about the products offered in their quotation. • The contractor must perform all electrical disconnects and reconnects. • The contractor must take safety precautions and follow any security restrictions noted in the Statement of Work. • The project has a period of performance of 120 days.
