2025-2027 TOWN HALL - HVAC/MECHANICAL SERVICES CONTRACT

The Town of Smithfield is seeking a contractor to provide HVAC and mechanical services for Town Hall. The contract will be for a two-year period with two optional one-year extensions. The contractor will be responsible for providing on-call hourly rates for unscheduled repair services, emergency and off-hour service, and yearly costs for preventative maintenance.
