Description
The Columbia County School District is soliciting competitive bids for the supply of multi-purpose copy paper for the 2026-2027 school year. The district prefers to enter into a contract with one successful bidder. The contract is for "dock" delivery to the CCSD warehouse, with 2-3 trailers per week. The paper must meet specific specifications, including being 500-sheets per ream, 10-reams per case, and 40-cases per pallet. Bidders must provide proof of general liability and workers' compensation insurance, as well as three business references.
• The bid is for a fixed-price, FOB destination contract.
• The contract includes all shipping, handling, and other charges.
• The CCSD is tax exempt.
• The bidder must provide a copy of the manufacturer's detailed paper specifications for evaluation before the bid closing date and time.
• The bidder must clearly identify the manufacturer/brand of the paper being offered.
• The bidder must provide a minimum of three references on the attached CCSD Business References Form.
