FDA Moffett Lab Equipment PM Services

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive maintenance coverage for fifty pieces of laboratory equipment at the FDA Moffett Campus. The contractor will be responsible for managing and administering maintenance services, including service dispatch, online service request submission, call center support, and reporting capabilities. The contract will have a base period of twelve months and one option period of twelve months. • The contractor must demonstrate the capability to provide comprehensive maintenance coverage for all fifty pieces of equipment. • The contractor must describe their approach to managing coverage for equipment that may be approaching end-of-life or have limited parts availability. • The contractor must demonstrate the capability to manage and administer maintenance services. • The contractor must describe the qualifications and certifications of their service technicians and their parts sourcing approach. • The contractor must demonstrate the capability to maintain accurate and complete maintenance records.
