The City of Pasadena is seeking professional banking services from qualified firms. The scope of this solicitation includes all general and payroll accounts. The financial institution must be a federal or state-chartered banking entity, a qualified depository of public funds, and have a full-service branch location within the City of Pasadena. The institution must also have a dedicated governmental services unit and provide a range of services, including account reconciliation, online reporting, and payment processing. Some of the key requirements for the proposal include: * The financial institution must have a satisfactory Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) rating and a satisfactory rating from a nationally recognized bank rating service. * The institution must collateralize the City's deposits and enter into a collateralization agreement for public funds. * The proposing financial institution must have experience in providing banking services to similar size cities as Pasadena. * The institution must have a Public Finance Division to provide adequate facilities to the City in case of need or emergency. * The proposal must include a proposed work schedule, a statement of qualifications, and a price proposal. * The proposal must also include relevant experience, client references, and any required certifications and forms.
