Description
The Alabama National Guard is seeking a vendor to repair or replace fire‑alarm components damaged by a lightning strike at the Joint Force Headquarters (JFHQ) Armory in Montgomery, then conduct a full system inspection to bring the installation back into compliance with NFPA‑72. The work must be performed during normal ALNG business hours, include a one‑year warranty on parts and labor, and any additional issues uncovered must be quoted separately.
• Repair/replace strobe lights, pull stations, drop‑mount smoke detectors, and any other damaged fire‑alarm hardware.
• Perform a complete post‑repair inspection and certify compliance with NFPA‑72 and Fire Marshal documentation requirements.
• Provide a one‑year warranty, observe ALNG holidays, and keep all control‑room doors locked and secured during work.
