Description
The Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Acquisition Directorate (AD) is seeking a contractor to provide Caribbean Security and Defense Course Lodging Support Services. The contractor will be required to provide lodging services for the Caribbean Security and Defense Course, which will take place from March 7, 2026, to March 21, 2026. The contractor must provide a firm-fixed price quote for the services. The evaluation factors for award will be based on technical capability and price.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM)
• The contractor must provide a statement in the quote that it agrees to hold the prices in its quote for 120 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offer(s)
• The contractor must provide any applicable Government discount available
• The contractor must ensure that the RFQ number and project name are stated in the subject line of the quote submission
