Description
The Early County School Nutrition Program is seeking a line-by-line bid for food vendors to provide products for the School Nutrition Program. The contract will commence on July 1, 2026, and terminate on June 30, 2027. The program requires vendors to comply with the Buy American Act and provide domestically produced commodities or products for use in meals served under the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting all terms, conditions, and specifications of the IFB.
• The SFA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or to accept any part of a bid without accepting the whole thereof.
• The contract may be extended up to three months at the same bid pricing, provided mutual agreement by both parties in written form.
• The SFA requires bidders to submit business references within this solicitation to document experience relevant to the scope of work and aid in the award process.
