Annual Requirements Contract for the Testing and Maintenance of Electrical Systems

The City of Arlington is seeking a contractor to provide testing and maintenance services for electrical systems, including transformers, switchgears, circuit breakers, and more, for the Water Treatment Division Facilities. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary materials, equipment, and labor to perform the work. • Key services include: • Testing and maintenance of electrical systems • Provision of all necessary materials, equipment, and labor • Compliance with OSHA and best practices • Minimizing dust on a daily basis and when instructed by the City • Compliance with City ordinances and environmental regulations • Provision of insurance and indemnification • Compliance with federal regulations, including the Immigration Nationality Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act
