Notice of Sole Source VNCHCS Medical Gas and Bulk Oxygen

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Northern California Healthcare System, intends to award a sole source firm fixed purchase order to RAS Enterprises LLC for Medical Gas and Bulk Oxygen. The contract will provide medical-grade liquid oxygen to be delivered to 13 locations in Northern California. The contractor will be responsible for providing in-service training, performing alarm set-point testing, and verifying the accuracy of gauges on contractor-owned tanks. The contract will expire on March 31, 2026. • Provide medical gases for 13 locations in Northern California • Deliver medical-grade liquid oxygen to NCHCS • Perform in-service training and alarm set-point testing • Verify the accuracy of gauges on contractor-owned tanks • Comply with all applicable Federal, state, and local regulations
