HCL Domino and Notes Support

The Department of Transportation, Airports is seeking a contractor to provide HCL Domino and Notes support services. The scope of work includes preventive and on-going maintenance and repair services to ensure that all components of the HCL Domino servers and HCL Notes client software are operating properly and maintained. The contractor will be required to provide a proposed preventative maintenance work schedule, a list of personnel assigned to the contract, and a method to document and track maintenance requests. The contractor will also be required to respond to System Malfunction or System Failure within specified time parameters. • The contractor must have experience with HCL Domino and Notes • The contractor must provide a fully completed CONTRACTOR AND PERSONNEL SKILL AND QUALIFICATION SHEET • The contractor must be available to respond and perform services to resolve System Malfunction or System Failure within the specified time parameters • The contractor must provide a readily accessible telephone number for a single point of contact • The contractor must furnish the Airports Project Manager with a proposed preventative maintenance work schedule and a list of personnel assigned to the contract.
