The State of Alabama’s Department of Human Resources is seeking qualified HVAC contractors to provide quarterly preventive‑maintenance (PM) services for its county office facilities across the state for FY26. The solicitation is a Quick‑Quote (RQ) with a total contract ceiling of $25,000 and requires a mandatory site‑visit on April 28, 2026.
