FY26 Water Treatment/Testing Cooling Towers @ Air Guard/BHAM

The United States Air Force is seeking a vendor to provide monthly water testing and treatment for closed loop HVAC systems and cooling towers located at the 117th ARW/CES in Birmingham, Alabama. The vendor will be responsible for providing chemicals, HVAC water treatment parts, equipment, and monthly reports as requested by 117th CES to treat and maintain closed loop and cooling tower HVAC systems. The vendor will also be required to identify and report any equipment failures or required repairs outside the scope of assigned work to CE Work Control. Key responsibilities include: • Providing monthly water testing and treatment for closed loop HVAC systems and cooling towers • Providing chemicals, HVAC water treatment parts, equipment, and monthly reports • Identifying and reporting any equipment failures or required repairs outside the scope of assigned work • Reporting to designated 117th ARW personnel upon arrival, completion of maintenance and repair service, and departure from the 117th facility.
