RFQ 683930: Payment Processing Services

The County of Loudoun is seeking a qualified firm to provide payment processing services, including credit card processing, recurring payments, and electronic check payments. The selected firm will be expected to provide a solution that improves the County's ability to efficiently and accurately conduct various types of payment transactions, manage financial information, and integrate with existing County operations. The solution should also allow for interaction and interface with existing County computer systems, improve workflow, and maintain data integrity. The County intends to award one contract to a single vendor. • The solution should include interface solutions if a single or multiple third-party application is presented. • The proposal should include functional and technical requirements, implementation services, on-going software maintenance and support, and pricing. • The County is looking for a firm with a proven history of success within the financial payment processing industry. • The selected firm will be expected to provide a detailed response to the RFP, including information about their experience, qualifications, and approach to providing the required services.
