County of Northampton Public Works - HVAC Controls Preventative Maintenance

The County of Northampton is seeking a mechanical contractor to provide scheduled preventative maintenance and diagnostic services for HVAC control equipment at the Government Center campus in Easton and Gracedale Nursing Home campus in Nazareth. The contractor will be responsible for providing quarterly preventative maintenance, including diagnostic checks, verification of control sequences, recalibration of field sensors, and cleaning of battery terminals. The contractor will also be required to provide a written report of preventative maintenance tasks and diagnostic work completed during each visit. • The contract will be for a maximum of three years, with the option to renew. • The contractor must have at least five years of experience in conducting efforts of the nature and scope required by this request for proposal. • The contractor must demonstrate the ability to deliver projects on time and on budget. • The contractor must provide proof of professional liability insurance and execute a non-collusion affidavit.
