The City of Northglenn is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive portable restroom services—including supply, delivery, routine twice‑weekly cleaning, restocking, and emergency/ weekend support—for its parks year‑round and for a variety of seasonal special events throughout 2026. The contract also covers ADA‑compliant units, hand‑wash stations, and required documentation of service logs. Vendors must submit unit‑price bids on a prescribed Excel form, covering all labor, materials, transportation, and waste disposal, with no additional charges for standard service. The award may be broken down by individual events, service categories, or a single total contract, and the base term runs through the remainder of 2026 with up‑to‑two‑year renewal options.
• Provide and maintain standard and ADA portable restroom units and hand‑wash stations across multiple city parks (twice‑weekly service, Monday & Friday before 8 a.m.).
• Deliver, set‑up, service (including daily or twice‑weekly cleaning as required), restock, and retrieve units for a roster of city events ranging from one‑day festivals to multi‑day tournaments.
